Mark as Useful After calling about 4 or five times today and about the same yesterday they called my manager at work. The caller stated his name as Officer John Watson and I have a legal case with Cash Advance. Told my manager to have him call me. My manager stated it is a scam.
Yesterday stated Officer Ben White. They have all my personal information, how did they get this? Both men had a heavy indian accent. Who can I call to get them off my back. I have no idea who they are!

Mark as Useful I got a message from an "officer sam mathews" who sounded as indian as bin ladin himself. The "officer" said that I was to call by monday or I will have a arrest warrent out for me. I have no idea who the hell these people are and I would really love for them to stop calling me!!!! Im sure there is a law against this and if anything the 253 area should be shut down!!!!!!!

Mark as Useful Call every 10 minutes or so, no one is on the other end, just silence. I call back and get customer service, no representatives ever answer. I ask to have my name removed from their list and they still call.

Mark as Useful I have spoken to Mr. Gary Thomps about a collection. I informed him I was at work and will take care of the matter once i got home. he began to call my job and harass employees. He also started to cuss my boss out demanding that i pay the debt, which I didn't have at the time now he's making threats that he going to make lose my job.

Mark as Useful HE TOLD ME I OWED ON A PAYDAY LOAN BUT COULDN'T GIVE ME THE DATE I RECIEVED THE MONEY. THEY HAVE CALLED MY CELL PHONE AND WORK NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE SERVED AT WORK SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING HAPPENED. THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
